This is my second T/C. I owned a 1986 for about a month when I noticed this
one for sale at Keller Bros. Ford in Lititz, Pa. back in 1990, since that time I
managed to wash the paint off of it (15 years). In 2004 I decided to restore,
all the lenses are new, I spent about 2800.00 on a paint job, replaced a few
interior parts, had the rims polished and recoated, new tires, clean up and painted
the wheel wells, ect. Love driving this car (in good weather). I decide to disconnect
the heater core since I have not driven this car in the winter since 1996. The car
is still solid and quiet.
